Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy", for the sake of brevity) governs the terms under which users may cancel their subscription to Vedra AI ("Service") and request a refund for payments made. This Policy is issued by Hemraj Digital Minds LLP ("Company," "we," "our," "us") and is applicable to all users ("you," "your") who subscribe to the Service.
By subscribing to or using Vedra AI, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, you must refrain from using the Service.
For the purpose of this Policy Effective Date shall mean the date on which the subscription commences.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription to Vedra AI at any time, subject to the conditions set forth below.
Monthly Subscription
- Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation procedure. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after the expiration of the current billing period.
- Automatic Renewal: Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Annual Subscription
- Cancellation: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation procedure. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the current annual period. However, your subscription will not automatically renew for the subsequent period.
- Automatic Renewal: Annual subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of the current annual period.
Amendments to This Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time, in its sole discretion. Any changes to this Policy will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to remain informed of any revisions.
By continuing to use Vedra AI after any amendments to this Policy, you consent to the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Service and cancel your subscription.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Vedra AI, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company's total liability in connection with any cancellation or refund request shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the applicable billing cycle.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
